Block Architecture Studio

Block Architecture Studio is an emerging Melbourne architecture and interior design studio specialising in new homes and extensions throughout Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs and on the Mornington Peninsula. They know that building or renovating can be daunting, so the studio aims "to remove the stress from the process, and help you enjoy the design and build journey", tailoring its services to each project.

On Lunchbox, Prahran Rescue revisits one of the many red-brick warehouses in the back streets of Melbourne's inner suburbs. Like a lot of old conversions, it had never really worked as a home. The renovation rescues the 240-square-metre building, restoring its character while bringing in light through skylights and internal gardens, and turning it into a genuine inner-city oasis.
