At a modest 110 square metres, it has just two bedrooms, with a fun shared bunkroom for the kids, yet it feels generous thanks to careful passive solar planning, a connected deck and a finely crafted palette of plywood, timber, marble and brass. It's a clear case for living well in a small house.
