On Lunchbox, Tandem House is a new home in Hawthorn for a couple downsizing from a large family house now that their children are young adults. On a narrow site about the width of an average terrace, the design fits in everything they need – spacious, light-filled living, home offices and a bedroom for interstate guests – within walking distance of the essentials, leaving more time for living and less for maintenance.

See Tandem House on Lunchbox below.
