Grove Architects

Grove Architects is a small architectural practice with bases in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Kangaroo Valley, taking on both city and country projects. Every project is led from concept design to completion by Sky Grove, working closely with a small team of architects, consultants and builders. Its work ranges from Woollahra and Paddington houses and terraces to a Bundeena beach house and homes in Kangaroo Valley.

The practice strives for architecture that is "refined and elegant", "genuine in its response to our client's brief", "sensitive and belonging to its context", and "sustainable and timeless".

On Lunchbox, Newtown restores and extends a Federation home in Sydney's inner west, with interiors by Jacqui Koska Interior Design. Its pressed-tin ceilings, stained glass and decorative cornices are restored, while the addition brings in a new kitchen, main suite and rooftop terrace.
