OSK Architects

OSK Architects is a Melbourne-based studio that grew out of a collaborative project, Studio Osk, founded by three friends interested in architecture and its cultural effects.

On Lunchbox, Seddon House looks from the street like a modern take on the neighbouring single-storey cottages, but it is a lesson in building exceptional homes in unusual and challenging places. Designed for an environmentally conscious, multi-generational family keen to reduce their energy use and footprint, it uses passive solar design, reverse brick veneer and thermal mass, with solar power and rainwater harvesting on a flood-prone infill site.
