PASSER Architects

PASSER Architects is a Sydney-based architecture and interior design studio, established in 2017 and based in Balmain, specialising in bespoke homes, renovations and duplex developments across the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, Southern Highlands, Central Coast and beyond. It believes good design is more than aesthetics, "its about how spaces make you feel", and aims to bring joy to the design process.

The studio's approach is design-led and practical, getting the design right early and aligning it with planning controls and realistic construction costs. It offers a flexible level of involvement rather than a traditional full-service model, with an end-to-end experience from the first sketch to the final layer of styling.

On Lunchbox, Alexandria House transforms a semi-dilapidated, heritage-fronted worker's cottage, once dubbed the ugly duckling of the street, restoring and renovating it into an elegant home for a young family who love to entertain.

The neighbours once dubbed this home the ugly duckling of the street, now they're green with envy at this stunning entertainer.
