Paul Butterworth Architect

Paul Butterworth Architect is a Brisbane-based residential architecture practice dedicated to designing new homes and sustainable renovations that transform the way their owners live. Registered architect Paul Butterworth, an honours graduate in architecture from the University of Queensland, leads a team that aims to be innovative in sustainable residential design and to deliver projects on time and on budget.

The practice takes time to listen to how clients aspire to live, and keeps communication open throughout, from introducing clients to trades on site to translating complex design and construction details. Its work spans coastal, city and suburban homes, including beach houses, new homes, renovations and eco tourism.

On Lunchbox, The Honeyworks House in Geebung is an affordable new home for empty-nesters who chose one large multi-purpose area for visiting grandchildren rather than rarely used extra rooms, putting the rest of the budget into elegant touches for everyday living.
