Robbie Walker

Robbie Walker is a Melbourne builder and designer who has taken on renovation and new-build projects in the city and in regional Victoria.

On Lunchbox, Glass Link House shows his approach to a rough suburban house that others might have knocked down: rather than rebuilding, he renovated it, adding a new rear extension linked to the original home by glass. Mansfield Shipping Container Tiny House is an off-grid retreat on a rocky hilltop overlooking the mountains around Mansfield, made from two identical 20-foot shipping containers. Each is self-contained and could be relocated, with fold-down furniture, a wood-burning stove and a large glazed side opening to the view.

New Master Bedroom Pod for a "Very, Very Deserving Mum"...

After buying a "rough" knocker-downer in the 'burbs, builder/designer/snow boarder, Robbie Walker decided to renovate instead.

This Off-grid Shipping Container Tiny House is the Perfect Retreat

Constructed from two shipping containers, this tiny house embraces the landscape and can even be relocated to a new site.
