Studio Benicio

Studio Benicio is a boutique contemporary residential design practice based at Newport on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

On Lunchbox, Concord House_I is a striking new home in suburban Sydney built almost entirely from concrete, reflecting its owners' love of the material through their formwork business, with off-form concrete and metal cladding on a small block that opens to the outdoors. Avalon Beach Apartment_G updates a tired 1970s apartment on the Northern Beaches for a young professional couple, with a bold, colourful design that connects the kitchen to the living and dining areas and opens the home to the outdoors.
