Threadgold Architecture

Threadgold Architecture is a Western Australian practice based in Busselton in the state's South West.

On Lunchbox, Yallingup Eco House shows that an environmentally conscious home can look like any other contemporary house. Set high on a hill with views over the Yallingup countryside and surrounded by the owners' permaculture farm, the off-grid home supports a sustainable lifestyle through passive solar design, thermal mass in polished concrete floors, cross-ventilation, solar power and rainwater harvesting, with large sliding doors opening the living spaces to the landscape.
