Utz-Sanby Architects

Utz Sanby Architects is a Sydney practice based in Cammeray, focused on quality residential projects since it was established in 1994. Its work ranges from interior design, alterations and additions to new homes, heritage projects and multi-residential buildings, with a reputation for great design, service and buildings.

The practice is passionate about design that enhances clients' lives and provides a full architectural service from initial sketches and development applications through documentation, tendering and contract administration. Because design and construction can be daunting, it aims to communicate, educate and assist clients throughout, and also offers services such as pre-purchase site visits.

On Lunchbox, 60s Revamp sensitively updates a 1960s home by architect Peter Johnson on a bushy site, honouring its dramatic rooflines, materials and connection to the landscape while adding a covered verandah, a larger kitchen and living area, and a new main bedroom wing that defines a new entry.
