Anthony Hunt Design

Anthony Hunt Design is a Geelong building design practice led by principal designer Anthony Hunt, creating thoughtful architecture in urban and rural settings. It approaches each project and site as a unique opportunity to create functional designs with modern aesthetics, tailored to each client.

Working across the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast, Geelong, Melbourne, the Alpine region and country New South Wales, the practice has experience in single and multi-residential developments, extensions and renovations, commercial and alpine design, and off-grid homes. Its services run from feasibility studies, master planning and concept design through to joinery design, town planning and construction documentation, and contract administration.

On Lunchbox, JR's Hut at Kimo Estate, designed with Luke Stanley Architects, stands alone on a hill outside Gundagai. Built largely from sustainable Australian timber, it is "a place to switch off, quite literally". The hut was a finalist in three categories of the 2017 Timber Design Awards.
