F3 Studio

F3 Studio is a building design and interior design studio specialising in residential projects, run as a two-person team: James, a building designer, and Travers, an interior designer. Taking on a limited number of projects each year so each one gets individual care and attention, the studio designs new homes and townhomes as well as renovations, extensions, kitchens and bathrooms.

Its services run from pre-purchase site analysis and feasibility, space planning and building design through to town planning and building permit documentation, interior, joinery and lighting design, and selection of finishes and appliances. The studio works collaboratively with trusted consultants, including engineers, surveyors, landscape designers and arborists. "We're not here to tell you what you need," it says. "We're here as professionals to guide you through the process of designing your new home."
