The Little Brick Studio

The Little Brick Studio is a design studio in Mornington on the Mornington Peninsula, established in 2014. It creates distinctive homes "designed for the way you live, built for the place you love", responding to the unique features of each property, from coastal and rural sites to inner-city blocks. The studio believes great design comes from understanding the people, the place and the possibilities.

Its goal is to make the design-build process enjoyable, managing projects from first contact through to permits so each one runs smoothly. The studio places an emphasis on high-quality, considered designs that meet both the client's brief and budget.

On Lunchbox, Mitchell Street Project in Mornington is a high-quality dual-occupancy designed for a builder who was also the client. "On a project like this where the client and builder are one, it's wonderful to see our designs come to life as they should," says Amy Hart of Little Brick Studio.
