The Unlisted Collective

The Unlisted Collective is a Sydney design studio in Paddington, established in 2016 and specialising in interior design and interior architecture. It provides comprehensive project services from concept to construction, designing, managing and executing clients' visions to create meaningful interiors across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects.

The studio's core principle is that collaborative partnerships with clients lead to elegant spaces that are meticulously tailored, aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable to live in. Director and interior designer Bianca Fraser brings more than 20 years of experience, including time at Burley Katon Halliday working on commercial, retail and high-end residential projects in Australia and overseas.

On Lunchbox, Bachelor Pad Redefined gives a waterfront loft-style apartment in Woolloomooloo a bold, dark and moody makeover, celebrating a raw, exposed timber beam that runs through the space.
