Cloud Dwellers

Cloud Dwellers is "an architecture practice undertaking intriguingly bold projects in Brisbane and beyond", led by nominated architect Jason Haigh, registered in Queensland. Their portfolio includes homes such as Bismark Blue, Sunny House and Breezebrick Courtyard House.

On Lunchbox, Little Green Cabin gives a Brisbane family a holiday cabin in their own backyard. With two young boys and visiting grandparents, the family needed places to lounge and play, a spot for guests and a home office. A poorly planned deck that cut the house off from light and garden views was removed, and the new cabin sits along the angled rear boundary, extending the existing roof plane. Together, the cabin, a covered link and the house frame a new central courtyard that works like an outdoor room.
