Josephine Hurley Architecture

Josephine Hurley Architecture, or JHA, is a Sydney architecture and interior design practice led by nominated architect Josephine Hurley. It specialises in bespoke family homes, and believes "your home is an investment in your health and happiness."

The practice works closely with clients from first consultation to completion, responding to each site's constraints and opportunities to create "timeless and sustainable architecture", and takes pride in strong relationships with clients, consultants and builders.

On Lunchbox, Skylight Terrace brings light into the dark, below-street living level of a Paddington terrace for a family with two young boys. North Bondi House is an internal renovation of a 1980s semi-detached home a walk from the beach, and Dragon Tree Terrace transforms an 1890s Victorian terrace in Newtown with surprising light, space and style.

See Skylight Terrace, Dragon Tree Terrace and more of their work on Lunchbox below.
