On Lunchbox, Adelaide Terrace updates a one-bedroom city apartment, originally designed by modernist architects Krantz and Sheldon, for an owner downsizing into retirement. Focusing on quality over quantity, the meticulously detailed design devotes most of the budget to a single joinery unit that winds through the home, proving that small spaces can delight.
