It's Australian-made week, so we wanted to highlight a few of our local legends: our top 6 Australian designer items for your home.
While these furniture pieces are certainly not at an IKEA of Fantastic Furniture price point, we believe if you're able to invest in quality, well-designed, Australian-designed (and, ideally, made) furniture, it will become a piece that you cherish for years. It's a more sustainable and more rewarding to collect pieces that you love.

4.Coco Flip's Sequence Dining Table
Proudly made in Melbourne, Coco Flip's Sequence Dining Table is both humble in its apparent simplicity, but a statement thanks to its sculptural form. We love the work of DesignByThem and, although choosing a favourite is like choosing a favourite child, we reckon this playful and colourful chair, with all the durability and colour options of metal, but detailed (impeccably) to match the timber version, is the winner. We love the pale eucalypt which feels so Australian when paired with some plywood and concrete like in the image above. In metal, it's even suitable for outdoor use!
6. Daniel Emma's Soft Chair Big (Padded Back)
Late winter, when the countryside is saturated in bright yellow thanks to the blossoming wattles, is one of our favourites. The hue of Daniel Emma's fabulous Soft Chair Big with the padded back in Yellow captures that perfectly, plus it's a simply beautiful design made in Adelaide!
